Event Description
5:00 PM - (Optional) Produce Best Practice Training
PBPT is a voluntary food safety training program that is a prerequisite for sampling certificates. For more info about PBPT click here.
6:00 PM - Annual Senior & WIC Vendor Training
This training is required to accept Senior, WIC, & Double Dollar vouchers during the 2025 market season. **All paperwork will need to be completed at the training. If you plan to accept the Senior & WIC vouchers you will need a valid email address prior to the training.**
6:30 PM - Business Meeting
Agenda items include electing officers, market managers, & board of directors. and setting market hours and opening days. Open positions may include president, Grayson market manager, and board of director positions. We will also need a couple of people to stay afterwards for a few minutes to complete our annual audit.
**Bring your scales that night and leave them at the Extension Office so that they can certified by KDA on 4/1. **
